The customer service team at NuMe is here to answer all of your questions about our return policy and how to go about making your returns. NuMe wants to hear about your experience with your styling tools as well so we can learn about you and what makes you excited about hair.
We are happy to accommodate returns of styling tools within 30 days of your purchase; however, all purchases made with a coupon code are nonrefundable. All returns are subject to a few of the following rules and restrictions:
• Only styling tools may be returned.
• Products from the Hair Care and Accessories categories are final sale.
• Only items purchased directly from the NuMe site can be returned for a refund.
• Shipping fees for all orders are nonrefundable.
• For orders with free shipping, a standard shipping fee will be deducted.
• All returns are subject to a return processing fee of $14.95 USD.
• All tracked packages indicated as signature delivery to the customer can only receive a reshipment and not a refund if unclaimed upon delivery.
• Return labels are not provided by NuMe.
Q: How do I start the return process?
To begin the process, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for an RMA number.
Q: How long will NuMe take to process my return?
If approved for your refund, NuMe processes all returns within 7-14 days after submission in the U.S. So check in with you bank after this period for additional delays on their end.
Q: If I purchased a product at Ulta.com, can I return it through NuMe directly?
All purchases made through Ulta stores and Ulta.com will not be accepted through NuMe directly. You will need to go to the retailer directly.
Q: Are all returns accepted within 30 days?
Most returns of styling tools are accepted within 30 days of purchase. However, damaged tools do to user error may not be approved for a refund.
