Rules and Restrictions: 

  • Visible Damage: Any visible damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • Functional: Any functional issues must be reported within 30 days of purchase. 
  • Only products purchased directly from the NuMe website are eligible under this policy. 
  • Return labels are not provided.
  • All products are inspected within 2-7 days of receipt by the Returns Department. 
  • Products confirmed to be defective are eligible for a no-cost replacement. 
  • Products confirmed to be damaged due to misuse or abuse are not eligible for replacement.
